Hana trains in her kitchen with two dumbbells and a bench. MINIMAL is three sessions a week and none of them run past 35 minutes. That constraint is the reason it worked for her, not a compromise she had to accept.

Her second week came apart. Her son ran a fever for four days and she missed three sessions in a row, then wanted to restart the block from day one. I told her not to. She picked up exactly where she left off, finished a week behind schedule, and went from six push-ups to fourteen. Her bodyweight moved two pounds and that was never what we were tracking.
