A week looks like this
What it does
to you.
Stretching that doesn’t stick is usually passive. RANGE spends six weeks taking a joint to the end of what it can do, then gives you a reason to stay there — load, tempo and a hold you have to earn.
Five sessions a week, 20 to 30 minutes each, on a floor with nothing but your bodyweight. Hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, then a session that puts them together. Every position is measured in week 1 and measured again in week 6, the same way both times.
Add 10–20 degrees of passive hip internal rotation, measured the same way in week 1 and week 6.
Hold a full-depth squat for 90 seconds with both heels flat.
Reach both arms overhead against a wall with your lower back flat, and hold it 30 seconds.
Complete 30 sessions in six weeks, none longer than 30 minutes.
Who it is for
and who it is not.
Start here if
You sit most of the day and the first ten minutes of every session go to getting loose.
You’ve stretched for years with nothing to show for it, because you never loaded the end of the range.
You have 25 minutes on five days, which is easier to find than an hour on three.
Pick something else if
You want to get stronger or bigger. RANGE adds no meaningful load and won’t move a squat number.
You’re hypermobile. More range is the last thing you need, and controlling what you have isn’t what this program does.
You have pain a doctor hasn’t looked at. Stretching into an undiagnosed shoulder or back makes it worse.
How the block
runs.
Base · Weeks 1–2
Week 1 — eight positions measured and photographed. Every hold runs 2×60s at the edge of comfortable, nothing forced.
Week 2 — holds go to 2×90s, and an isometric push is added at end range: 5 seconds on, 5 off, six rounds.
Build · Weeks 3–5
Week 3 — passive holds shorten to 45s and the loaded work doubles. This is where the range starts becoming yours.
Week 4 — a light load enters four positions at 3×8 @6 RPE · 60s · 3131, through the range you just opened.
Week 5 — the full range session takes the four joint days and runs them end to end, 30 minutes, no rest between blocks.
Retest · Week 6
Week 6 — three light sessions, then the same eight measurements and the same photos as week 1, from the same spot on the floor.

What you get
30 sessions across 6 weeks, each 20 to 30 minutes and follow-along from start to finish.
A measurement protocol for eight positions, with photos of where to stand and where to put the camera.
A week 1 and week 6 comparison sheet, so the change is a number rather than a feeling.
Video for all 32 positions, each with the two mistakes I correct most.
A 10-minute cut of every session, for days you have no time at all.
Before you start
None. You need a floor, a wall and roughly six feet of clear space.
Not for hypermobile joints, undiagnosed joint pain, or the first six weeks after joint surgery. See someone first.
Programs that pair

The first week of every program is free, with the full prescription and the session logger. No card.
