When the program should be written
around you.
A written program is the right answer for most people. One-to-one is for the cases it cannot cover: a schedule that keeps moving, a body that keeps objecting, or a deadline with a date on it.

01
A 60-minute intake call, then your first four weeks written specifically for your schedule and your gym.
02
Two lifts a week reviewed on video, with written notes back inside 48 hours.
03
Weekday messaging, answered inside one business day.
04
A 30-minute call every four weeks to read the logs and set the next block.
05
Rewrites when your week changes — travel, a bad month, a new gym — at no extra cost.
$149
/month
Coached is capped so the video reviews stay same-week.
It is an application because I turn people down. If a written program would do the job, I will tell you that and point you at the right one.
I cap 1:1 coaching at twelve people so I can actually read every log. Three of those slots are open right now. The written programs have no cap and never will.
